He has served as a consultant to numerous government and non-government agencies on energy, nuclear nonproliferation, nuclear reactor and nuclear waste matters. Dr. Cochran received his Ph.D. in Physics from Vanderbilt University in 1967. This book is published in association with the Natural Resources Defense Council.
