Kelley (New York) suggesting that they distributed stock of the David & Charles edition in the United States. This 1968 facsimile reprint of the first edition published in 1911 is complete with the original drawings by W. R. Dakin. It has the benefit of a new introduction by L. T. C. Rolt and new photographs. Temple Thurston's book, long out of print is the story of a leisurely voyage in a narrow boat with Eynsham Harry the boatman and fanny the horse, up the Oxford Canal, along the Warwick Line, and down the Stratford upon Avon; then by Avon and Severn to the Thames & Severn Canal and so to the Thames again.
