The dustjacket has a new Brodart Protector. This book was published by Paddington Press in 1978 and was never widely reprinted in hardcover format. Because it has been out of print for nearly half a century, the total number of surviving copies is fixed and continuously shrinking. The book is highly sought after by collectors of true crime, history, and "conspiracy" literature.
