Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book, written by an anonymous author, discusses the ideas of education and the methodologies used in early 18th century England. The author discusses the idea that the higher the social class, the worse the education was due to a lack of both societal pressures and personal drive in acquiring knowledge. The author laments the state of education at the time and encourages more attention be paid to educating the children of nobility in order to prevent the role of government from continually falling into the hands of those of lower social classes. The author contends that this lack of education will only lead to societal stagnation and decline.
