Condition Report Externally Spine - good condition - faded, with gilt titles to black title labels, four gilt raised bands, worn not the top and base. Joints - good condition - gently worn. Corners - good condition - bumped and worn. Boards - good condition - full polished calf boards with triple gilt filet, worn and marked. Page edges - good condition - marbled page edges, top edge darkened. Binding - good condition - solid and strong. See above and photos. Internally Hinges - good condition - sound. Paste downs - good condition - marbled. Front end paper - good condition - marbled. Title - good condition - some foxing, tanned. Pages - good condition - some minor foxing, tanned, stained by silk markers. See photos.
