Acordion book by artist Laura Barrón (b. Mexico 1965) and writer, José Teodoro (b. Canada) collaborated to create an artist book. This artist book is a "linear map", a non-chronological chronicle of days between the beginning of the Writing/Photography Exchange, when Teodoro and Barrón first met, to its end more than a year later. The figures that precede each line of text represents one of these days, numbered according to the order in which they occurred. The book was launched along the exhibition "Periphery" as a result of Barrón's participation in the 2002-03 Canada/Mexico Writing/Photography Exchange, which took place partly in Mérida, Yucatán and partly at the Banff Centre in Alberta, Canada.
