The analysis suggests that Ntann12 is implicated in auxin metabolism, possibly through an enzymatic function. Ntann12 is expressed in root mature cells where auxin turnover are naturally highest, and in leaves and root undifferentiated cells after exogenous application. The dispersion relation, in this case shows that thermal radiation helps to stabilize Jeans instability. It is shown that the plasma is stable in certain range of wavelengths. The magnetic field stabilizes Jeans instability when the wave propagates across the magnetic field.
