Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The present work proposed to study the uncharacterization of the municipal breeding fees required for the licensing of economic activities, and the loading and unloading of goods in the period from 2014 to 2015 in the Municipality of Nampula City, verifying the existence or not of conflict between the particular interests of economic agents and the tax power of the Municipality. In the data collected and based on the perception of the interviewees, it was noted that the Municipality, using its tax power, in the fees collected, its intention was to maximise its own revenues, where in the loading and unloading of goods it collects in private spaces without any evident basis in the Municipal Code of Postures. In the fee for the licensing of economic activities, it transforms the fees that should only be collected in the licensing of economic establishments into monthly and annual fees, and collects, cumulatively, in the same establishments the Rate for Economic Activity and other taxes of a municipal nature. This fact submits entrepreneurs to a tax burden, demonstrating a conflict between the tax power of the municipality and the interests of economic agents. 80 pp. Englisch.…

The creation, organization and functioning of the diocese began with him, always seeking to be in harmony with the evolution and progress of the church in Brazil. He implemented the overall pastoral care. All this, within a very difficult context, great geographical challenges, few economic and human resources, reduced clergy and other challenges, as titular bishop he had to do a bit of everything, driver, catechist, rector of the minor seminary, pastoral coordinator, administrator, leader of the liturgical song, excellent writer, dispenser of the sacraments - especially confirmation. This was the beginning of a new history of much love and dedication to the diocese of Bom Jesus, with special zeal for vocations. Monsignor Ramón went through very hard times to create a new, fully native clergy, leaving all the municipalities of the diocese, with a priest, parish house, community center for pastoral work. 60 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Soil and water are the elements of the earth's surface most exposed to pollution threats. These elements are essential for the survival of human, animal and plant species; however, their exposure to pollution threats from anthropogenic activities in most cases makes their survival even more problematic. Humans themselves become exposed to diseases that shorten their life span. Agricultural, industrial and household activities are the most frequently blamed for the imbalance in the ecosystem. Should we therefore, for this reason, abandon these activities in order to safeguard the ecosystem Far from it. It is totally impossible to abandon these activities because they, too, contribute to the survival of mankind. What can we do then We must therefore consider the source of pollution, the pollutant and its characteristics, the polluted element and then consider some possible solutions. This work is part of a scientific obligation at the end of each university cycle and is entitled Characterization of the water table of the kamimbi village (Kolwezi). 84 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The laws of all living are the same for all: plants, animals, people develop at the same rhythm: food, rest, continuation of the family, only in different ways and ways. Among this diversity there are also specific laws. Figuratively showing the essence of any society or human or animal, you can depict one of the oldest buildings built by mankind, it is the Pyramid. At the top is the strongest clan of animals or people with power, power, wealth and power. Next come who is weaker, who is less noble, less rich, but their number is already larger, and so on. Going down to the base of the pyramid more and more, you meet poor and destitute, weak and poor, their number is disproportionately larger. The more unstable the pyramid is, the more stretched it is, the more unstable society is. And vice versa, the less the pyramid is stretched, the better the society lives. Constantly developing and improving, creating a huge variety of animals and plants, nature adapted these organisms to life on Earth. In the struggle for existence, which is eternal, only the strongest, enduring, adapted organisms remained to live. 52 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The incredibly high level of astronomical knowledge in ancient times raises the question of why the inhabitants of ancient times needed such precise knowledge. Ancient observatories become a tool for the finest and longest lasting astronomical observations. In ancient Babylon, eclipses of the Sun and the location of the planets relative to each other could be accurately calculated. In Sumer, the Moon's orbit time was known with an accuracy of 0.4 seconds. According to their calculations, the duration of the year was 365 days 6 hours and 11 minutes, which differs from today's data by only 3 minutes. Sumerian astronomers knew about Pluto, the most distant planet in the solar system, which is open (not the first time) to modern scientists only in 1930. According to today's data, Pluto's solar circulation time around the Sun is 90727 Earth days; the Sumerian sources include the number 90720. Mayan astronomers have calculated the duration of the lunar month with an accuracy of 0.0004 days (34 seconds). The time of Earth circulation around the Sun was equal to 365,242129 days. With the help of the most precise modern astronomical instruments this number was specified: 365,242198 days. 60 pp. Englisch.…

By appealing to the different knowledge learned, we try to explain how insecurity is a factor blocking the development of Haiti and how it can jeopardize the future of future generations. The security of an entity (person, object, political, legal, intellectual, ecological authority, etc.) is considered collectively or individually, either as an objective (security objective), as a right (right to security), as a value (security is the main one of freedoms), as a state of what is secure, as a function or activity which aims to secure this entity; faced with risks and / or threats (these two concepts cannot be reduced to one another) (Wikipedia, 2013). The objective approach to security is concerned with causes (security) and effects (English: safety). 'Security' being the measures taken against acts committed by malicious intent (theft, arson, attacks etc.), and 'safety' the measures taken against accidental, natural phenomena (storms, water leaks etc.). 64 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -This work presents a two-dimensional computational model of cathodoluminescence (CL) intensity that takes into account the lateral and depth scattering of generated carriers, internal absorption (alpha), rate of generation, intrinsic and extrinsic radiative recombination mechanisms, and experimental conditions of electron excitation. An experimental study on GaN using this technique is presented followed by a comparison and validation. The study of the influence of some physical parameters such as scattering length, surface recombination velocity of minority carriers and absorption coefficient on the intensity of LC. Emphasis was placed on the dependence of the LC signal on excitation parameters. To interpret the experimental results and validate our model we studied the effect of stress and the thermal effect accompanying the electronic excitation on the fundamental peak evolution of CL. This study also allowed us to explain the variation in LC intensity with competitive alpha phenomena, the local effect of temperature and the effect of stresses present in the material. 68 pp. Englisch.…

This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -WHAT IS THE BALANCE SHEET OF POLITICAL PARTISTS IN DR CONGO Political parties have emerged in their modern form over the last 150 years in general and have been remarkably successful. They constitute, today, an almost universal category, because where they do not correspond to any political reality, they exist at least formally, as is the case in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Political parties in the Democratic Republic of Congo is a reality that dates back to the eve of independence, but has evolved as best it can. For from 1960 to 1965 we have a reality specific to that time, because we had political parties constituted on a tribal basis, from 1965 to 1990 we had the State party and from 1990 to 2020 a period that inaugurates the multiparty political system characterized by several political parties to the point where we are witnessing the phenomena, duplication of political parties, founding president or moral authority and hereditary phenomenon of leaders. What is the balance sheet of political parties in terms of organization and functioning of the last sixty years after independence 60 pp. Englisch. …

This term was coined and introduced in the periodontal literature since 1957 (1) and modified in the glossary of periodontal terms (2). Miller (3) suggested the incorporation of the term Periodontal Plastic Surgery, which is defined as those surgical procedures designed to prevent or correct anatomy, development, trauma from brushing or sequelae from previous periodontal and/or endodontic disease or bone resorption among other causes. The periodontal plastic surgery procedures currently used are the following (4):1- Correction of gingival enlargement,2- Coverage of roots and implants,3- Creation of inserted gums,4- Correction of mucosal defects in implants,5- Edentulous ridge augmentation,6- Elimination of aberrant braces,7- Prevention of ridge collapse 8- Clinical crown lengthening. 88 pp. Englisch. …

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -This study focuses on the use of the joint venture formula, an experiment attempted in the Democratic Republic of Congo by Gécamines, which had concluded partnership agreements with some foreign investors under the auspices of the Congolese government. In the end, it turned out that these partnerships did not achieve the expected results as they were not designed and implemented according to the rules of the trade, i.e. in due form. As a result, there is widespread corruption, failure to honour commitments, lack of transparency, arbitrary distribution of shares, countless privileges to the benefit of foreign partners and to the detriment of local partners, resulting in the modest financial returns to the latter, including the failure to take into account the conditions or prerequisites for the judicious establishment of JVs. On this basis, we have advocated the conditions for the rational application of joint ventures of a political, legal, human rights protection, economic, technological, security and ethical responsibility nature. Moreover, some accompanying measures and appropriate management of these joint ventures were recommended to rationalize them for the benefit of the contracting parties in particular and the Congolese nation in general. 56 pp. Englisch.…

Teaching and learning are the back and forth of the same medal, education, and they imply collaborative, participatory, and jointly constructed action. The word teach is classified grammatically as a verb and can be classified as a direct transitive verb and a bilateral verb. It can be the act of transmitting knowledge about something to someone; teaching, teaching. In addition, the word teach can have syllabic separation in the following manner: en-si-nar. We learn because we are intelligent, this means that our brain is designed to assimilate knowledge. 76 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Depending on the activity of the company, determining costs can be a simple task. When products are not purchased but manufactured, cost determination becomes complicated. The accounting system of an industry or multi-service or custom business is more complex because it includes accounts for different production costs, financial statements present different inventories, and operating expenses. Therefore, the financial information generated is broad and extensive; and since cost accounting is designed as an administrative tool, the level of detail must also be high, so the accounting information must be clear and accurate.Fortunately, cost accounting as it applies to manufacturing companies can also be adapted to any organization, especially service companies, as long as it is planned. The purpose of this text is to explain, in a simple way, the calculation of the cost of production in various companies, with special emphasis on manufacturing companies. 52 pp. Englisch.…

Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The institution of the family is currently devalued, and this trend may lead to serious demographic consequences (rapid aging of the population, a decline in the population as a whole, and an increase in the number of children living in orphanages, etc.). The destruction of traditional family foundations negatively affects the psyche of underage children and society as a whole. A substitute family is the most effective alternative for upbringing of children, as it ensures full development and adaptation to independent life. At present, the number of returns of foster children to children's institutions is increasing. The crisis of relations, which cannot be solved in substitute families, ends with the return of minors. To a greater extent, this is due to the fact that guardians cannot find, implement, transform or modify resources to restore balance and overcome the crisis of relations in a substitute family. The practice of crisis support for substitute families is focused on working with conflict situations in order to prevent the abandonment of the child. The resource model provides for the assessment of the resource potential of a family and the activation of the resources of a substitute family. 64 pp. Englisch.…

The teacher's mission has always stood out by working with the noblest reality in the world: the heart and intelligence of the human being. Nothing is more important than the human being. If it is noble and necessary to dominate steel and microorganisms, to build houses and computers, much more noble is to form man, master of all this. The wise Greeks already said: give me a classroom and I will change the world! The mission of a teacher is undoubtedly divine, sublime, essential for the transformation of the world, but we have to admit that the paths that educators have to follow are arduous. 60 pp. Englisch.…
