Morris uses a frame story about a group of medieval wanderers searching for a land of everlasting life. The… poem is divided into twelve sections, each representing a month of the year and containing two tales told in verse. In very good+ condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and bright and the gold lettering on the spine is clear. There is some sun damage to the spine and the edge of the back board and some marks to the bottom edge of the spine. The end papers and pages are free from marks, tears or inscriptions. There are some notes written in pencil to the first free paper. Will be dispatched wrapped in bubblewrap and in a cardboard box.
