We believe that the genetically determined features of neurohumoral status provide the predisposition of organism to impulsive or controlled aggression in humans (to spontaneous and adaptive aggression in animals). The purpose of our work was the research of hormones of gonadal, hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA), thyroid axes in blood and monoamine contents in frontal cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum of rat males with dominant, submissive and balanced types of behavior. The dependence of male behavior type on testosterone level was revealed. Hyperactivity of HPA system was found in submissive animals.The presence of tight negative correlation between testosterone level and HPA axis hormones was shown in males independently of age and behavior type. The decrease of serotonin (5-HT) content in all investigated brain regions in submissive males, increased noradrenaline (NA) level in submissive males and decreased NA level in dominant ones were observed. The significant increase of both NA/5-HT and NA/DA was observed in submissive rats. The significant decrease of NA/5-HT ratio was revealed in dominant rats.

Neuware -This quantitative, archival study based upon data that was originally collected using a quasi-experimental design analyzed archival pretest-posttest data regarding inhibition, emotional regulation, working memory, and cognitive flexibility before and after an intervention of a cardiac coherence training program incorporating HRV biofeedback. Sixty-three participants, ages 7 to 14 were involved in the study, including 30 in the treatment group and 33 in the control group. Split-plot analysis of variance (SPANOVA) was used to assess the impact of the intervention for the four dependent variables. SPANOVA yielded no significant differences among inhibition, emotional regulation, working memory and cognitive flexibility in response to the coherence training intervention. Future research in this area would benefit from the utilization of more objective measures of executive functioning. The assessment of treatment acceptability on the part of students and staff would also be an area for future research.

With this aim, the research was completed with a screening model. The research was completed with PET (Physical Education Teachers) working at state and private secondary schools linked to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul during the school year 2012-2013. The study group for the research comprised 296 PET working at these schools who volunteered. The research group was formed of 36.8% women (n = 109) and 63.2% men (n = 187) PET. To measure the personality traits of participants in the research a 25-item PERI (Personality Inventory) personality scale was used. The scale was administered to teachers using a face-to-face technique with the researcher. It is concluded that UPC site is convenient for monitoring secondary air pollution, while primary air pollution is not a matter. Comparisons reveal that UPC resembles suburban and rural sites.
