Some yellowing around the edges and shelfwear. Minor debossed imprint of writing on lower right hand corner of front barely visible, protected in mylar. The book recounts a three-week journey through southern Turkey in 1973, shared by Paul Roche and the 88-year-old artist Duncan Grant. Though Grant was in fragile health, Roche convinced him to take part in the trip-a journey marked by shared moments. Roche was not only Grant's companion and later caregiver, but also his model from earlier in their long friendship.
