The recipients, Evy and Mort Barrow… were close friends of the authors. Very good in a very good dust jacket, bookplate to the front pastedown. Jacket design by Paul Bacon. The Son of Rosemary is signed by Ira Levin on the front free endpaper and is fine in a fine dust jacket. Rare and desirable signed and inscribed. âOne of the most sophisticated and stimulating books in the genre. The most important horror novel of the 1960s and the book that launched the âhorror boomâ of the 1960s and 1970sâ (Barron, Horror Literature). Cherry Wilder stated, "Rosemary's Baby is one of the most perfectly crafted thrillers ever written". Horror scholar Gary Crawford described it as, "a genuine masterpiece." Den sattes upp samma år med Sif Ruud, Lars Amble, Ernst-Hugo Järegård, Bengt Eklund, Georg Rydeberg, Irma Christenson, Mona Malm, Sigge Fürst, Helena Brodin, Thommy Berggren och Per Myrberg i rollerna. Manuset kom ut i bokform 1967, och intäkterna tillföll enligt uppgift Amnesty International.
