Currently, they are promoting the consumer culture. If the popular culture successfully indoctrinates the public, the values housed by the popular culture will merge with the collective intelligence. In the type of world we live in, the two heads mentioned teach most of what an individual knows. Outside these two are teachers few and they do not have near the same influence. All other givers of information are mice amid titanic-size rhinoceroses. If one doesn't travel outside the influence of the giants, a better understanding is impossible to acquire, and to effort without the journey is like describing the outside of a box while trapped inside of it.
