The dust jacket is protected by a clear, plastic, cover. The DJ is attractive but has nicks along the edges. Additionally there is a .50" x .30" piece of the DJ missing along the front bottom edge in the shape of an inverted triangle, with a similar size missing to its left at the bottom edge of the spine. The rear of the DJ has 3, closed, vertical tears, one at approx .75," one at approx. 2.0" & the 3rd at approx. 1.25." Now for the DJ's spine; there are 2 small pieces missing at the top edge so that the letter C in Cherry is gone and at the left of the letter Y a piece of the blue-green background is gone also. Cover illustration by Vaughn. Prior owner's name appears, with the date 1960, on the top right corner of the FEP. Another Cherry Ames, nurse heroine, adventure.
