This pamphlet was published by Fred's friend and fellow fine printer, Emerson Wulling, at his Sumac Press in La Crosse, WI. Limited to 270 copies. Gray/blue covers w/red & green printing on the front in near fine or better cond. Phelps founded the original Voyageur Press back in the early 1930s.
