Añadir al carritoStapled Wraps. Condición: Near Fine. A unique photograph of the composer Stefan Wolpe (b.1902, Berlin; d.1992, New York City), the print made by its photographer, Robert Kostka (1928-2005), who was also a distinguished American painter and ceramicist. Photo is not signed, but I can attest to its authenticity because Robert Kostka was my mentor and the photo and accompanying article were mailed to me many years ago by him. The article, from the Chicago Reader, announces a "Chicago Stefan Wolfe Festival" (publication date given in Kostka's hand incorrectly, however). CONDITION: The photo is clear, uncreased, and unscratched, with minimal edge-wear - though there is a tiny chip in the upper-left corner (not intruding into the image frame). The newspaper article has only a hint of age-tanning. These rare items are now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
