Good reading copy. G.D. Armour takes largish excerpts from R.S. Surtees novel Handley Cross and uses them as a vehicle for a series of narrative illustrations in colour. The illustrations are the usual full-page colour plates printed on glazed white paper, unlike the 1908 edition which has its colour plates tipped to card inserts. .
