This copy was originally donated by "Mrs. Carle R. Hayward Boston, Mass. 21 Mar. 1960." Date stamps of "Mar. 21 1960" stamped in the upper corners of the front end papers and rear end sheet. A later owners inscription on the verso of the right front flyleaf. This copy has an interesting calligraphic gift inscription written on the right front flyleaf - "To Mary M. Hayward founder of our team; in grateful appreciation of her faithful guidance, encouragement, and friendship. [signed names of 24 individuals written in one hand].Summer 1952." Signed by the compiler and dated 1952 on the title page.
