In small construction sites workers bend stirrup rod by using traditional method. In traditional method stirrups are made on a wooden platform provided with pins and rod is bend using a lever like hand tool ¿daag¿ .There is no other way to make stirrup with less human effort and the same time the detailed study of present manual stirrup making activity indicates that the process suffers from various draw back like lack of accuracy and low production rate which results in weak structure and instability in column and beams.
