The story was first published in three installments in "Park East," June-July 1951, and also in "Go," June-July 1951 -- this is an early reprint. Joe Pettigrew grows tired of his wife Gladys cheating on him with their lodger, Porter Green. With the help of some magical snuff which he buys from Professor Bingo he becomes invisible, enabling him to set up what he believes is the perfect locked-room murder. . . . Most of the booklet is a memo pad with blank lined pages. The American Snuff Company was officially founded in 1900. However, records of the company go back to the Revolutionary War era when it operated as a snuff mill. The American Snuff Company is still in business to this day and sells smokeless tobacco products.
