Each chapter is preceded by an engraving which has some foxing on it that shows over on the first pages of those chapters. 500 pages plus 2 pages of publisher's ads. There is a date of 1865 on the copyright page and 1867 on the bottom of the title page but it is the first edition under this title (Ref. Wright Howes, S-750) Again, a solid reading copy but definitely not in collectible condition.
