Illustrated with a glossy frontispiece and 5 inserted plates by Bayard Jones. 286 pp. Fair condition only in illustrated blue cl…oth (front free endpaper and one plate missing, crease down spine, other wear to the covers, but still a very readable and reasonably decent copy of a hard-to-find title).
