No place, no date, circa 1960. Inscribed: "For the Allens with my best, Harold Rome." The first letter of the word "For" is smudged, but the rest of the inscription and signature is flawless; very good(+) condition. American composer best known for such musicals as" Fanny" and "Call Me Mister.".
