Bei beiden Bänden sind Einband und die letzten Seiten des Buchblocks an der oberen Ecke am Buchschnitt leicht bestoßen, Band 8A wurde vom Verlag falsch herum eingebunden, sonst handelt es sich um ein gutes Exemplar mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren. Abgesehen von einem kurzen Bleistifteintrag im Vor- und Nachsatz von Band 8A sind beide Bände textsauber. Die Bände stammen einem Nichtraucherhaushalt. Dieses Exemplar stammt aus der Bibliothek von Dr. Volker Hellmann, ehemaliger Dozent am Fachbereich Biologie der Universität Konstanz. // Original large format hardcovers (faux leather).
