The photogravure plates were made by Jon Goodman. The paper used for the text is a mould-made letterpress sheet. The photogravures were printed on a hand-made etching paper, with both papers made at Cartiere Enrico Magnani. The book was bound by and the slipcase was made at the Jovonis Bookbindery. A pristine collector's copy in the publisher's lined slipcase. Book.
