With a brief paragraph on the Westminster Memorial Trust Fund and a full-page list of "Announcements For The Week." Cover detached but present with periodic short closed edge tears, a few small edge chips (all to blank margins).

Most likely issued in addition to the regular worship and service program, this contains lists of names of Elders; Trustees; Infant Baptism (March 29, 1931); Baptisms (March 30, 1931); Baptisms (April 5, 1931); Received on Profession of Faith; Received on Re-Affirmation of Faith; Received by Certificate from Other Churches; and Dismissed to Unite with Other Churches (which includes the names and locations of the churches being relocated to). Lightly folded once.
