The Diocesan Jubilee number of The Liverpool Review (Volume V, No. 7), celebrating the first fifty years of the Diocese of Liverpool, from 1880 to 1930. Articles include topics such as the history of the Diocese, the building of Liverpool Cathedral, and a reflection on the aims of the Diocese in 1930. With contributions from a variety of authors, including the Bishop of Liverpool, and numerous illustrations throughout. 10 pages of advertisements to the front of the volume and 4 pages of advertisements to the rear. In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, very smart, though a little sunned to the spine with some bumping to the extremities of the wraps.
