Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Near Fine. First Edition. 8 5/8 X 11 1/8 Inches. 54 PP. One of an unknown number of copies produced by Professor Clyde Partin Sr. (Emory University) of his paper originally written for the North American Society for Sport History (NASSH). Signed and inscribed by Partin to fellow Professor Dr. Dana White. Partin was the long-time athletic director at Emory as well as chair of the Department of Health and Physical Education. This paper written in 1974, the year that Hank Aaron broke Ruth's home run record. A well-researched short biography of Babe Ruth that stands up even today. OCLC locates only three copies. (NOTE: This copy from the collection of Dr. Dana White obtained by us from the estate of Atlanta Braves executive Dick Cecil.). Signed.
