Sie ist Bestandteil des Hauptstudiums Informatik der Universität Kaisers1autern. Neben einer gründ1ichen Überarbeitung wurde das Skript im wesent1ichen um zwei einführende Kapite1 ergänzt. Das erste gibt dem Leser in knapper Form einen Einstieg in die NMOS-Scha1tungstechnik.
