Softcover. 1951 reprint of the January 1950 issue. Staplebound softcover, approximately 8 1/2 x 11 inches, 142 pp, illustrated with drawings and a few photographs. Very good. Moderate shelf wear, an approximately 1/2 x inch piece chipped off lower corner of spine, two 1 inch tears on top edge there, previous owner's rubber stamp on inside rear cover, paper lightly age yellowed, underlining (in pencil) on a dozen or so pages, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked. Earlier work on aviation medicine, updated from a World War II textbook, and intended for flight surgeons; includes a section on acoustic trauma in flying.
