Ephemera. This is not a book. The original "Biography of Exhibiting Artists" handout for a group exhibition titled "The Return of the Hero: A Selection of Pictures and Objects" and held at the Burden Gallery, NYC, February 4 - March 12, 1988. Curated by Karen Marta, the show included John Baldessari, Julie Ault, Bill Burke, Georg Herold, Minnette Lehmann, Annette Lemieux, David Levinthal, Robert Mapplethorpe, Mary Ellen Mark, Peter Morello, Gilles Peress, Haim Steinbach, and Bruce Weber. Four 8.5x11-inch sheets, photo-copied to one side. Condition: Creased across the middle with staple holes to one corner else Fine. Will be sandwiched securely between stiff layers of cardboard and shipped the next business day. International postage may be less than quoted.
