A committed Marxist-Leninist, H also played a central role in establishing the Indochinese Communist Party in 1930 and later led its successor, the Workers' Party of Vietnam (later the Communist Party of Vietnam), as chairman until his death." Moderate wear to paper (age-toning visible to top half), horizontal and vertical creases from folding, ink slightly fading. A Good+ example. Black ink printed to white paper. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve.
