The spine has half inch closed tears at the top and bottom next to the front cover and the spine is a little browned and wrinkled. One inch crease to the bottom right corner of the front cover. Browning to the rear cover. Price stamped to the first page. One inch closed tear to the edge of one page and there is some page browning.
