Dec. 12, 1913," and belongs to Fay Foster, a prolific American composer and pianist who took first place in the American Composers Competition of 1913. We've handled many pieces owned by Foster and know that she tended to label her sheet music with a name stamp, so it's unique to see an actual signature.
