This is a large hardback illustrated childrens book, often described as a bumper or monster annual, containing stories, poems, puzzles and colour illustrations typical of the period. A collectible 1930s girls annual. Undated as issued, but commonly catalogued as 1936. Printed and published in Great Britain. Condition: VG vintage condition for age. Solid, tight spine. No writing, colouring, or torn pages. Pages complete and firmly bound. Light foxing. Boards show expected edge and corner wear consistent with age. Hardback pictorial boards (no dust jacket issued). Front illustrated with Girls in Uniform on Parade with a Union Jack flying. Undated Edition, probably circa 1940s. Unpaginated, book is 3/4" Thick. 10 3/4" Tall, 470g. Slight edge wear to boards, mainly at corners. Binding strained by one colour plate. No inscriptions, pages in very good, clean condition. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
