Sophia Keil zeigt auf, wie mittels einer fünfstufigen Planungsmethode der Wandel von Produktionssystemen hin zur Flussorientierung erfolgen kann. Die Anwendung der Methode in der Unternehmenspraxis zeigte Durchlaufzeitreduzierungspotenziale im Bereich von 40-50 Prozent.
