Internal binding has a few issues with the worst being the hinge at the front board which has a thin crack. There was also a bit of pulling at page 150 along with a small tear along the top edge. The reason for the low condition grade of fair is because it appears the front end pages are missing as the interior pages start at the half title page, which also has the original owner signature on it.
