This version is a re-edition of volumes I and II, with the separate Companion, with its additional plates and descriptions, published as vol III. Would make a nice restoration project.

Our copy was owned by a Pennsylvanian attorney and justice of the peace, William Betz [1812-1860], "a magistrate of decided ability" (Montgomery).
