".contains one acre more or less with the factory and other buildings standing thereon together with the water rights." The sum conveyed for the property was $5,000.00. Signed by 2 witnesses and the town clerk. The J.H.Sessions & Son manufacturing company was formed in 1854 in Bristol, CT. They manufactured hardware for trunks at their 273 Riverside Ave. location, the abandoned building still standing today. A unique piece of Bristol history. Signed by Author(s).
