Clean text, no marks or writing, solid binding, some minor shelf wear to the bottom of the boards. A shallow shelf bump to the front edge of the board and on the back/top. The DJ has a 1" closed tear on the top/front, a 2" closed tear to the bottom/front, a 1/2" closed tear to the top/back, a chip along the front flap's edge. Some minor edge creasing.
