Paper Covered Booklet. Condición: Good Plus. Near Very Good stapled 57 page paperbound booklet. Surface staining to back cover (probably ink offset staining from being stacked). Most of the booklet consists of material excerpted from the original 1878 book. The last two pages are added by Rev. Hart explaining how the monument and historical marker were created and funded. The cover title is :"Wilburn Waters History 1812 1879 Iron Mountain and Holston Valley of Virginia, Blue Ridge and Black Mntns of N. C., Roan Mountain of Tenn., The Whitetop Mountainer." The front cover features a photo of the monument.
