Exterior shows soiling and scuffing along with edge and corner wear/bumps. Spine is also mildly faded. Decorative end pages and front and rear are free of any handwriting or bookplates. The title page does have to stampings on it - one reads "Fred Allen" in the lower one reads "Aantiquarisch". The hinge at the front board is cracked and shows an old repair in the rear hinge is just starting to open at the top and bottom edges. Binding of the text pages is good and pages are secure. Paper is toned due to age and some minor spotting and foxing is present. This book is written in German and contains all the music scores for the opera mentioned in the title. No publication date listed though references estimate the publication date to be between 1880 and 1890.
