Document folded, with an inkstain, but on the whole very well preserved. A severe measure against the authorities in Bruges, who had refused to abolish Austrian law and replace it by French de…crees, with an eloquent appeal to the population (suggestive of strong resistance against the newlighters). Rare poster.
