La couverture est en bon état montrant toutefois un léger brunissement du dos et des bordures, quelques salissures superficielles ici et là, un peu d'usure de frottement aux arêtes du dos. L'intérieur est en excellent état, propre, complet et solidement cousu sans rien à signaler qui soit digne de mention (aucune marque, inscription ou soulignement) sauf un léger jaunissement des pages et une petite pliure au coin supérieur droit de la page 43. Un exemplaire respectable de ce titre très rare.
