Añadir al carritoFirst edition, first printing. Hardcover. Blue cloth-covered boards with title stamped in white on cover and spine; no dust jacket as issued. Photographs by Roe Ethridge. 206 pp., with four-color plates throughout. Nearly as new condition with just the very lightest bit of rubbing to some of the edges of the boards, but hardly so.
