La actividad antimicrobiana contra la bacteria streptococcus sp se investigó por el método de difusión en agar utilizando discos. El rendimiento de aceite fue bajo, pero suficiente para investigar la actividad antimicrobiana demostrada contra streptococcus sp, y el extracto de aceite esencial obtenido por hidrostilación resultó ser más eficaz en la inhibición del crecimiento del microorganismo. El macerado en alcohol P.A. al 99,5% también demostró inhibir la bacteria. Los resultados obtenidos indican la necesidad de realizar nuevos estudios, ya que las acículas de Pinus Pinaster han mostrado un considerable potencial antimicrobiano.…
