Since the present tendency in terms of censorship is to go back in time instead of forge progressively ahead in America, with some politicians actually calling for an outright ban on all explicit material - straight, gay, and "exotic" -, the very existence of these magazines from the not-so-distant past (1969) warrants their being saved and collected.
