There are no binding issues. These pages are perfectly clean. I'm not seeing any soiling. I'm also not seeing any creasing. There are no markings. No attachments. And with the exception of the editor's signature, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. The dust jacket looks pretty much perfect. It is exceptionally clean. There are no tears. The flaps are in excellent condition, very clean. The jacket is NOT price-clipped, not clipped at all. It will be fitted with a protective cover after the photos are scanned.
