There are also other sections for labels, Downbeat covers, and notably a Portfolio of Portraits with 65 portratis of jazz musicians portrayed. This book is as close to a catalog raisonné for this talented artist that has been published, and appears to be the only full-length treatment of his life's work. This is a large-format trade paperback in the original brown publisher's wrappers with white spine and cover lettering. There is also a stiff, full-color dust jacket. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The covers are in nice condtion with no creases, tears or chips.
