Illustrated Wrappers. Condición: Collectible-Very Good. 15-page booklet. Born and raised in San Francisco, White went on to become a lawyer. He began his practice in Los Angeles and became very successful. An interest in politics led to his election as president the California Democratic Party and his election as District Attorney of Los Angeles County. Later as United States Senator he was a great champion of the Los Angeles Harbor and fought in the U.S. Senate for appropriations for this project (his three day debate with Senator Frye included some of the finest speeches ever heard in the history of the Senate).
